of $75.00 is required to reserve a position in any class. The
tuition for a class must be paid a minimum of seven (7) days prior
to the date class starts.

|
- Anyone
with a legitimate situation or problem discovered on the first
night of training that precludes dive training. (i.e. medical
excuses including but not limited to diabetes, asthma and
epilepsy), will not be trained and will receive a check for
a full refund of their tuition and book package. No refund will be given if the medical problem precluding dive training is discovered after the first session of training.
- Persons
with a problem that develops during the course of training
whether personal or medical (i.e. broken leg) which will allow
them to continue at a latter date will receive a Gift Certificate
to take a class at a later date. Book packages will only be
refunded if completely unmarked and e-learning codes have NOT been registered. It is strongly recommended
that anyone unsure about SCUBA training take advantage of
the E.S.E. program prior to the start of formal training.
- Although there is technically no time limit on completion of the scuba course, if however circumstances occur and more than 3 months elapse from the time the pool sessions have been completed the following conditions will apply:
* If more than 3 and less than 6 months have elapsed, a refresher pool class will be required, there will be no additional cost.
|
* If more than 6 months have elapsed, at least 1 refresher pool class will be required at an additional cost of $50.00 each class. |
* If more than 9 months to over a year have elapsed then all 4 pool classes will be required to continue the class at an additional cost of $100.00 |
Regardless of the amount of time elapsed, the instructor has the right to require any additional pool sessions they feel necessary.
